What NEVER to do on Weekends!

Due to immense work pressure during my engineering career, I was constantly distracted with work thoughts, even on weekends.

Weekends would come and go, and I’d waste it all reliving the bad moments of the week before and worrying about what I had to do on Monday. I couldn’t fully enjoy downtime with my family, friends, or even alone.

I had had enough. This had to stop.

That’s when I began practicing tried and tested methods to de-stress on Fridays before heading into the weekend.

Not only did these practices enable me to relax, savor my weekends, and be present with my loved ones…
