I'm a firm believer that life is supposed to be fun.

I've lived all over the world, met a lot of people and found some simple truths: We all want to be happy, do purposeful work, and spend time with those we love.

I love helping people find their way and watch them have their A-HA moments when they figure out they're making life harder than it has to be!

An avid student of human behaviour, I am a wife, Mom of 3, writer, author, entrepreneur, digital creator, baker of bread, and retired petroleum engineer.

Living on a small acreage in the middle of nowhere Saskatchewan, I enjoy simple pleasures like having hot chocolate with good friends around a fire.

I'm not a great skater, but I enjoy time on the rink my husband makes every year.

Best of all, I love connecting with people no matter where they are, as I create my posts, blog, newsletters, on-line courses, workshops and talks.
