GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites, programs, courses, memberships, and services offered by the ANGELA JAMIESON network, including but not limited to offerings under the brands Relaxed Productivity and The Relaxed Author.

A “Client” is any natural or legal person making a purchase with ANGELA JAMIESON via secure online payment, cheque, or cash.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

Article 1a: Age Limit

ANGELA JAMIESON only accepts clients:

• Over 16 years old for physical and digital products
• Over 18 years old for services (coaching, workshops, seminars, memberships)

If a client does not meet these criteria, access will be revoked and a refund issued where applicable.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed implies full acceptance of these terms. No partial or conditional acceptance shall be recognized.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in USD and may be modified at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. ANGELA JAMIESON is not responsible for Stripe’s technical security systems.

Article 4a: Access, Refunds & Responsibility

Program purchase is based on access to content and experience, not on guaranteed completion, results, or personal usage.

Where course material has been delivered in digital format, payment is non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds are based on access, not on individual completion.

If a participant has had access to a course or program for six (6) months or longer, no refund will be issued in the event of program discontinuation, regardless of personal progress or completion status.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
In the event of permanent program closure, no future charges will be made.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled prior to the next billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable.

ANGELA JAMIESON is not responsible for a client’s implementation, motivation, discipline, or personal results. Participation implies personal responsibility for application.

For courses with stated guarantee periods, refund requests must demonstrate reasonable engagement with materials. A conversation may be arranged to determine fair resolution at ANGELA JAMIESON’s discretion.

Article 5: Program Evolution & Continuity

Programs, memberships, content, delivery methods, schedules, and formats may evolve over time.

ANGELA JAMIESON reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any program or membership.

In the event that a program or membership must be discontinued, participants will be provided with as much advance notice as reasonably possible via email and/or the primary communication platform.

Every effort will be made to conclude programs with care, clarity, and respect for the community involved.

If a program is discontinued permanently, participants retain access to all previously delivered materials but acknowledge that future content, live sessions, or support may no longer be provided.

Article 6: Instructor Availability

The creator may become unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative access, substitute guidance, or recorded materials where appropriate.

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

Participation does not establish dependency or guarantee outcomes.

ANGELA JAMIESON shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation.

Article 8: Force Majeure

ANGELA JAMIESON shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including illness, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Article 9: Delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email provided. ANGELA JAMIESON is not responsible for incorrect email entry but will assist when notified.

Article 10: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the National Commission for Data Protection. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and / or promotional offers concerning products published by the company ANGELA JAMIESON or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. You just have to click on the link at the end of our emails. This link is preceded by the words “To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:” (understand: to unsubscribe or change your registration options, click below).

Our newsletter is declared to the CNIL under the number n/a and respects the Data Protection Act. Article 10: Applicable law All the clauses appearing in the present general conditions of sale, as well as all the operations of purchase and sale which are referred to therein, will be subject to Canadian law.

Article 11: Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law.
